Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 26, 2026

SaveForLater.ai ("SaveForLater," "we," "our," or "us") is a product developed and operated by Skyline Dev Labs LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you use our website, web application, browser extensions, desktop applications for macOS and Windows, mobile applications, and related services (the "Service").
Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Use. This Policy governs how we handle personal information; the Terms of Use govern rights in content, licensing, and the retention and reuse of Shared Source Content and Generated Content.
Account information. Your email address or phone number, authentication data such as one-time passcodes and session tokens, and your display name or profile details if you provide them. Authentication is handled through trusted third-party providers.
Sources you save. The URLs of pages, videos, posts, and documents you choose to save; the content retrieved from those sources, including text and transcripts; and titles and related metadata. We retrieve content only from sources you explicitly choose to save.
Files you upload. Documents, PDFs, and other files you upload directly.
Content you create. Notes, comments, highlights, learning goals, prompts and questions, chats with our AI, agent instructions and configurations, and workspace organization.
Content we generate. Material produced by the Service from your saved sources, including extractions, transcripts, summaries, classifications, insight maps, cards, reports, analyses, and agent outputs.
Connected-service data. Where you authorize an integration such as Notion, Google Drive, or an email or calendar provider, we access and process information from that service within the permissions you grant.
Browser extension data. The extension accesses the current tab or selected bookmarks only when you initiate an action. It does not track browsing history, monitor activity in the background, or collect data without your interaction.
Payment information. For paid plans, our payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We receive limited billing records such as plan, transaction status, and partial card identifiers. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
Technical and operational data. Browser type and version, device and operating system information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, usage and feature-interaction logs, performance measurements, error reports, and security logs.
Communications. Information you provide when you contact support, submit feedback, or report a problem.
We use information to:
The Service uses artificial intelligence, including models operated by third-party providers, to process the sources you save and generate output.
We do not use your content or your Private Account Content to train general-purpose or foundational AI models. We do not permit our third-party AI model providers to use Private Account Content to train their general-purpose models, except where you knowingly enable a separately disclosed third-party service governed by different terms, or you give separate express consent.
We may use Shared Source Content, de-identified or aggregated Service Data, technical performance measurements, error statistics, security signals, and feedback you voluntarily provide to evaluate and improve the Service. We will not use de-identified or aggregated information in a way reasonably intended to identify you or reconstruct your Private Account Content.
If you report a problem or submit feedback about a specific output, our authorized personnel may review the associated source, prompt, configuration, output, and related technical data — solely to investigate the issue, improve the feature, maintain security, or provide support.
Private Account Content is private to your account by default. Your chats, prompts, notes, comments, highlights, goals, agent instructions and outputs, personalized summaries and analyses, and any output derived from private or authenticated sources are not made available to unrelated users, and are not used to generate personalized output for anyone else.
Standard processing of public sources may be reused. Where multiple users save the same publicly accessible link, we may process that source once and provide the same Shared Source Content — such as extraction, transcription, standard summaries, metadata, and classifications — to each of them. Shared Source Content never discloses another user's identity, account information, saving activity, or private material.
Private and authenticated sources are never treated as shared. Files you upload, material behind a login, private or restricted links, and content obtained through a connected account are treated as private, and so is anything generated from them. We may use technical methods such as hashing or duplicate detection to operate and secure the Service, but we will not expose your private material to another user because they submitted a similar document.
Workspaces. If you use a team or organization workspace, authorized administrators may be able to access, export, and manage content in that workspace, including material you contribute to it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not display advertising in the Service.
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf under contractual obligations, including:
We also share information:
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies only where necessary to operate the Service. Specifically, we use them to sign you in, keep you signed in, maintain your session, secure the Service, prevent fraud, remember basic preferences such as your language or theme, and load pages correctly.
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not allow third parties to use them to track you across other websites.
Because these technologies are strictly necessary to provide the Service, they do not require consent under applicable law. You can control or delete them through your browser settings, but blocking them will prevent you from signing in or using the Service.
If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, request your consent before setting them.
We retain account information and saved content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
When you delete a saved source, we remove its association with your active account. Because Shared Source Content may be independently derived from a public source and used to serve other users, it may be retained after you remove the source from your library.
When you delete Private Account Content, we remove it from active systems. Deletion may not be immediate, and limited copies may remain temporarily in backups, disaster-recovery systems, security logs, anti-fraud records, billing records, audit records, or records we are required to keep by law.
Deleting content from SaveForLater.ai does not delete copies you exported or downloaded, copies another authorized user made, content you published publicly, or content you sent to a connected third-party service.
You may request deletion of your account or specific content by contacting [email protected].
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.
You may also delete saved content, notes, chats, and other supported material directly through the product, and export your library where export tools are available.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you may exercise the rights described above, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and to opt out of any sale or sharing — noting that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information on the following bases:
We are based in the United States, and we and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or another region with transfer restrictions, your information may be transferred outside your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and maintaining copies of material that matters to you.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Where local law sets a higher minimum age for consent to online services, that age applies. If you believe a child under the applicable age has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
The SaveForLater.ai browser extension lets you send selected tabs, pages, and bookmarks to your account. It accesses browser data only when you explicitly trigger an action. It does not track browsing history, monitor your activity, or collect data without your interaction.
Information obtained through the extension is used only to provide and improve the features you use, and is not sold or transferred to third parties except to the service providers described in Section 5, for legal or security purposes, or in connection with a business transfer.
The Service links to and integrates with third-party services, and your saved sources come from platforms we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those services. Once information is transmitted to a third-party service at your direction, that service's own terms and privacy practices apply. Disconnecting an integration stops future access but may not delete information already imported or exported.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when we do, and if changes are material we will provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method before they take effect.
